Every piece in this collection starts with the same intention: to be worn every day by someone who wants something real.
Copper has been worn against the skin for thousands of years — by Egyptians, by Romans, by every generation of women who came before us. My mother Lily wore it every day of her life, and so did her mother. I started making my own cuffs at a small bench at the back of our shop.
What started at that bench became the part of our shop people ask about most. Every detail matters — the weight, the finish, the purity. Because you deserve to know exactly what you're putting on your skin.

I've tried copper jewelry before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Almost certainly because what you wore before wasn't solid copper.
Most copper jewelry sold online is copper-plated: a thin coating over a cheaper base metal, so almost no real copper ever touches your skin.
Every piece in our collection is 99.9% pure copper all the way through. No plating, no base metal, no coating.
And copper is meant to be worn daily, not now and then. Wear it every day for a month and see for yourself.
How do I take care of copper jewelry?
Copper slowly darkens as you wear it. That's the natural patina, not damage.
If you like the bright shine, rub the piece with a little lemon juice and salt, or a soft polishing cloth, then rinse and pat it dry. Store it dry when you're not wearing it.
Does copper actually do anything?
Emma gets asked this almost every day, and her answer never changes.
Copper is a mineral the human body genuinely needs, and wearing it against the skin is a habit that goes back thousands of years.
We've never made promises to anyone. What we can tell you is that the people who start wearing copper tend to keep wearing it, year after year. Clinical studies have produced mixed results, and we won't pretend otherwise. Whatever you call it, the people wearing it noticed something they want to keep noticing.
Can I wear it in water, or in the shower?
Yes, you can. Solid copper is made to be worn every day.
Salt water and chlorine make the patina develop faster, so your piece darkens sooner. That's not damage — it's real metal responding to its environment.
If you want to keep the original shine, rinse it with fresh water after swimming and pat it dry. Otherwise, wear it freely.
Is this real copper? Will a magnet stick?
Every piece is solid 99.9% copper, all the way through.
Copper itself isn't magnetic, so a magnet won't stick to the copper. Some of our bracelets, anklets and rings have small magnets set into the band on purpose — on those pieces a magnet will of course stick to the magnets. If you're not sure whether a piece has magnets, just email us and we'll tell you.
Is this just an overpriced piece of metal?
Copper is a base metal, yes.
